Project Context
This case was treated as software testing for a smart finance service platform. The available materials included test-related contract and technical files plus an operation manual. The platform served enterprise financing scenarios such as registration, authentication, demand publishing, financial product application, status tracking, complaints, and account handling.
QA and Acceptance Challenges
The main challenge was covering an end-to-end enterprise financing workflow rather than isolated pages.
A second challenge was distinguishing directed and non-directed financing demands, which have different visibility and routing rules.
Approach
- Built the testing thread from enterprise registration and login to authentication, demand publishing, product application, and status tracking.
- Checked demand publishing through homepage, product, and user-center entries.
- Focused on permissions, routing, and status rules.
Outcome
The testing work provided a structured way to check whether the platform supported enterprise financing-service workflows.
Reusable Lessons
Finance-service platform testing should prioritise roles, permissions, workflow, and status transitions.
Closing Reflection
This case belongs under Independent QA and Acceptance. Its value lies in creating credible evidence, clear boundaries, and actionable findings rather than in managing construction delivery.
